| Having outgrown their aging facility in Oklahoma, the owner wished to relocate to a new facility which would be convenient to their employees, while allowing easy access to the I-35 corridor. AZTEC provided our Total Design-Build Solutions services to assist in site selection and preliminary design and budgeting and ultimately provide comprehensive design and construction services for the new division headquarters including 8,424 square feet of office and a 10,000 square foot maintenance facility. | ||
